Offer Description
This project focuses on the integration of biophysical techniques into the ligand design protocols for multi-targetdirected ligands(MTDLs)at the University of Urbino.Objective1:Apply biophysical methods such as microscale thermophoresis(MST),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),surface plasmon resonance(SPR),and circular dichroism(CD)to quantify protein–ligand interactions during screening campaigns.Compounds will be sourced fromAI-assisted virtual screening of ultra-large commercial libraries, the proprietary UniURB Library,or collections of natural products,to enable efficient hit identification.Objective2:Perform rational hit optimization by integrating:i)organic synthesis to explore structure-activity relationships(SAR)and improve drug-likeness;ii)binding kinetics assessment via SPR to determine residence time;iii)molecular docking and free energy calculations to prioritise target compounds ...
