Eligibility criteria
Candidates with PhD/equivalent title by 15/05/2025 who:
have completed their doctoral program having spent a period of at least 3 months of training and research abroad and who have not gained substantial experience in managing research groups and are not in a contractual position that guarantees them a stable career prospect in research. This includes those who:
by 20/02/2025 have not reached their 41st birthday or by 20/02/2025 have not reached their 46th birthday and have completed their PhD within the last 7 years.
Candidates must also be in one or more of the following conditions:
need to acquire a first experience as responsible for research funds and/or activities; need to gain experience in leadership and management of a national and/or international research team; do not have or have not had a Full Time Equivalent (FTE) permanent contract as a researcher and/or tenured professor.
