The Centro Nacional de Biotecnología (CNB-CSIC), a prominent research center under the Spanish Research Council (CSIC), invites applications for passionate and driven Postdoctoral Candidates interested in joining our center through the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2025 Call.

At the CNB-CSIC, we offer an enriching academic environment to develop a successful postdoctoral experience. Located in Madrid, Spain, our multidisciplinary research center comprises six research departments:

• Immunology and Oncology
• Macromolecular Structure
• Molecular and Cellular Biology
• Microbial Biotechnology
• Plant Molecular Genetics
• Systems Biology

These departments are supported by scientific services and platforms equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Centralized scientific management and administrative support is also provided to the CNB-CSIC researchers.

Our active postdoctoral community constitutes approximately 20% of CNB-CSIC scientific staff. In 2022, the CNB-CSIC launched the Postdoctoral Researchers Committee, dedicated to enriching postdoctoral training, visibility, and engagement in scientific activities. Through collaboration with the Training Committee, we’ve introduced a Postdoctoral Training Program aimed at advancing researchers' careers. This program includes training activities in soft skills, professional career planning, and more.
