Description

The SAFE Group was established in 2015. Comprised of PhD professionals from the Faculty of Sport Sciences and the Faculty of Education at the University of Murcia, along with Master's and PhD students, the group is dedicated to advancing research on educational models, with a particular focus on the Personal and Social Responsibility Model and the Ludotechnical Model. These models are central to our research. Additionally, we explore other pedagogical strategies and models that allow us to optimize teaching-learning processes.

The main objective of the SAFE Group is to promote research in training through physical activity and sport to achieve optimal learning and performance. The group's work is carried out within the field of Social Sciences, focusing on the pedagogy of physical activity and sport. The analysis is oriented towards the behaviors of teachers, coaches, students, athletes, and their outcomes in terms of motivation, prosocial values, and healthy habits, among others. The SAFE Group maintains close collaboration with educational centers and sports federations in the Region of Murcia, conducting studies to improve both academic and sports performance.
