Offer Description
C. D. Nenitzescu Institute of Organic and Supramolecular Chemistry (ICOS), Romanian Academy, Bucharest, Romania is looking for an early-stage researcher interested in working on the development of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) methods related to the timescales of biochemical transformations induced by cell radiation at various dose-rates.
A Postdoctoral Research Associate position leading to Tenure-Track Junior Research Scientist is available for a talented and motivated researcher wanting to develop her or his own research project in a multidisciplinary environment. This position is available within the framework of the project entitled „Magnetic resonance methods to assess cellular metabolism and the formation of reactive oxygen species in the context of therapeutic approaches”, carried out through the PNRR/2022/C9/MCID/I8 competition of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 9- Support for the private sector, research, development and innovation, Investment 8- "Development of a program for attracting highly specialized human resources from abroad in research, development and innovation activities", financed by the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, Financing Contract no. 760110/23.05.2023, signed between Costin D. Nenitzescu Institute of Organic and Supramolecular Chemistry and the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization, as Coordinator of the programm. The selected candidate will be involved in the implementation of new technologies and protocols to perform NMR experiments.
