Specific goal: improving transfer of knowledge, technology and personnel with RDI competences between public and private sectors. Ojectives: - Encouraging interactions between higher education and research institutions and business environment, through funding access of companies to extended expertise and facilities of research centres, so that companies may develop business according to market requirements; - Make capital out of existing RD infrastructure and resources that may serve to innovation needs of companies, in order to increase added value of competitive sectors.
