OFFER DESCRIPTION

We seek an enthusiastic and ambitious co-worker for a 3-year position in a Research Fellowship as PhD Candidate in immunology in the Natural Killer cell group, Division of Anatomy, Department of Molecular Medicine, Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Oslo.

The focus of our research is the role of NK cells in immune recognition and control of cancer and intracellular infections, in particular the mechanisms involved in discriminating between sick and healthy cells.  The research environment at the Department of Molecular Medicine is dynamic and stimulating, with strong traditions in immunology and cell biology. The main supervisor will be Professor/MD Erik Dissen.
