DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments):
We are looking for candidates with doctor degree in biology or in related field for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor level.
Candidates should also have a good experience in cell molecular biology, plant stress physiology as well as
should be an author or co-author of at least 4 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals among which at least one with international authors in the above mentioned field concerning regulation and transmission of cell retrograde signalling from chloroplasts to nucleus, regulating cell death and acclimatization and defence mechanisms. In case of no such publication candidates should be an author of 3 additional publications and a manuscript submitted and under review with international co-authors.
Persons applying for this position must meet the conditions set out in Act of July 20, 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668) and Statute of SGGW
The duties of the candidate will include independent teaching of molecular biology, physiology, genetics and medical use of plants and research conducting. The teaching language will be Polish and English.

- an application for employment addressed to the Rector of SGGW
- personal questionnaire form
- CV (including description of the scientific career)
- a copy of PhD diploma
- a list of papers published and accepted for print (editorial certificate required), submitted manuscripts
