Offer Description
The recruited researcher will be responsible for preparing the Zones Ateliers Network (RZA) for its involvement in the PEPR Transform program. The mission aims to support the RZA in the future implementation of the program, structure the initial axes of transformative research, and strengthen the links between the RZA and the strategic objectives of the upcoming PEPR TRANSFORM, within a North-South comparative perspective.
-• Contribute to the inventory of transformative practices within the Network
• Structure research axes around Transformative Sciences (TS)
• Clarify key concepts associated with TS to facilitate their understanding and adoption
• Link the conceptualization of TS with the empirical needs of the RZA
• Identify and highlight existing transformative dynamics within the network
• Analyze differences in practices and challenges from a North-South comparative approach
• Support the appropriation of TS by the Zones Ateliers (ZA)
• Assist in building the capacities of ZA actors in Transformative Sciences
• Strengthen the positioning of the ZA within the future PEPR through these dynamics
• Document the issues, tensions, visions, and stakeholder interactions related to TRANSFORM
• Produce reflexive material useful to the teams involved in the PEPR
• Support the organization of scientific and strategic events
• Promote ongoing work to the scientific and operational communities of the Zones Ateliers Network
