- Project description
The research focuses on representations of sexuality at work in the narratives of contemporary Francophone women. At the turn of the 21st century, more and more writers describe the experience of intimacy, giving a large place to descriptions of active and explicit sexuality. A whole literature – often autofictional – aims to perform a form of sexual life, reshaping the female subject through the narrative of experiences such as sex work, the discovery of desire or the affirmation of homosexuality.
