L'IRM quantitative est en plein essor grâce aux mesures de paramètres physiques permettant des analyses objectives, la création de seuils, et le suivi longitudinal de pathologies. Cependant, la mesure d'un seul paramètre physique ne paraît pas suffisant pour mener à des diagnostics et pronostics fiables de pathologies complexes. C'est pourquoi l'IRM multi-paramétrique doit être développée pour des études précliniques afin de valider la pertinence des données quantitatives dans le diagnostic et pronostic de pathologies avant tout transfert à la routine clinique.

Quantitative MRI is blooming thanks to the measurement of physical parameters allowing objective analyses, the creation of thresholds, and the longitudinal monitoring of pathologies. However, the measurement of a single physical parameter does not seem sufficient to lead to reliable diagnosis and prognosis of complex pathologies. This is why multi-parametric MRI must be developed for preclinical studies in order to validate the relevance of quantitative data in the diagnosis and prognosis of pathologies before any transfer to clinical routine.

Le projet comprendra une grande part de programmation informatique (Matlab, Python) et d'expérimentation pour la mise en place des acquisitions sur échantillons et volontaires.Basic expertise in NMR imaging, The research unit provides high level continuous training.
