Le métabolisme du glucose joue un rôle clé dans la progression tumorale et l'adaptation métabolique des cellules cancéreuses. L'apeline et elabela, deux peptides ligands endogènes du récepteur APJ, sont impliquées dans l'angiogenèse, la prolifération cellulaire et le remodelage tumoral. Cette thèse se propose d'explorer comment les variations du métabolisme glucidique influencent l'expression et les fonctions de l'apeline et d'elabela dans le cancer du sein.

Glucose metabolism plays a key role in tumor progression and the metabolic adaptation of cancer cells. Apelin and Elabela, two endogenous peptides of the APJ receptor, are involved in angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and tumor remodeling. This thesis aims to explore how variations in glucose metabolism influence the expression and functions of apelin and elabela in breast cancer.
