Offer Description

Glucose metabolism plays a key role in tumor progression and the metabolic adaptation of cancer cells. Apelin and Elabela, two endogenous peptides of the APJ receptor, are involved in angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and tumor remodeling. This thesis aims to explore how variations in glucose metabolism influence the expression and functions of apelin and elabela in breast cancer.
