Offer Description
Official Master's Degree (or equivalent MECES 3 qualification) in the field of Engineering. (Justification must be provided with the application).
- Supervised support in Information Technology projects aimed at:
• Designing and developing the systems architecture necessary for the integration, storage and management ofhealth data.
• Reviewing and coordinating the maintenance of technological environments based on interoperability standards(FHIR, HL7) and relational and non-relational database technologies.
- Supervised Data Management support including:
• Documenting data governance and management models, taking into account aspects such as interoperabilitybetween clinical information systems and data repositories, both at national level and in connection with otherEuropean and international data spaces.
• Training and knowledge of interfaces and query services for secure and federated access to health data.
- Supervised support in Cybersecurity and Data Protection which includes:
• Perform, supported by the information security office, risk analysis and support in the implementation ofcybersecurity safeguards, including authentication, anonymisation and audits, to ensure data privacy andprotection in accordance with GDPR and applicable regulations.
- Supervised support in Secondary Data Use Project Support including:
• Assisting in the preparation of data environments for pilot research projects.
• Providing technical support to researchers, companies and other ecosystem actors in data access andexploitation.
- Supervised support in Data Governance and Connecting with Data Ecosystems including:
• Participate in the definition of data governance models and in the documentation of good practices for themanagement of federated data spaces.
