We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,007.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Completed teacher training program in physics for secondary schools
  • Experience in empirical didactic research at Master's/Diploma thesis level
  • Basic knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
  • Knowledge of the Austrian school system
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good IT skills (Office, literature management, (online surveys, AI knowledge, Open Education Resources (OER) desired))
  • School experience in teaching physics desired
  • Independent working style and initiative
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills

  • Writing a dissertation in the field of physics didactics
  • Participation in existing research projects and collaboration in the development and implementation of new research and development projects in the field of physics didactics
  • Independent organization of courses and examinations in the field of physics education in German
  • Collaboration in teaching, organizational and administrative tasks
  • Supervision of students
