We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,007.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.

Requirements

- Master Degree or equivalent
- Completed teacher training program in physics for secondary schools
- Experience in empirical didactic research at Master's/Diploma thesis level
- Basic knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
- Knowledge of the Austrian school system
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good IT skills (Office, literature management, (online surveys, AI knowledge, Open Education Resources (OER) desired))
- School experience in teaching physics desired
- Independent working style and initiative
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
