We are announcing a Post-Doctoral Fellowship funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) for the development of the project entitled “Impact of anisotropy and confinement of nanoreactors on chemical reactions”, set to begin at the second semester of 2025.

Candidates should hold a PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related fields, with experience in colloids, rheology and eventually in X-ray scattering or diffraction.

During the two-year term, the candidate will be responsible for the development of the nanoreactors (based in reverse worm-like micelles), performing chemical reaction in the nanometric aqueous channels, and characterizing the products formed. This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 12,000.00 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
