The employee is expected to conduct and report research as member of research group in the field of medical image and data processing, machine learning in medicine and to give lectures and laboratory exercises for biomedical engineering students.

Skills/Qualifications
- Professional title of master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering in the discipline of Biomedical Engineering or Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Space Technologies or Information and Communication Technology
- Achievements in: science, teaching, organization and active participation in conferences and symposia
- Experience in the area of pre-processing and analysis of medical data confirmed, for example, by authorship of scientific papers.
- knowledge of English at least at B-2 level.
Specific Requirements
- Documented knowledge of medical data preprocessing and analysis,
- Documented knowledge of computational methods in magnetic resonance imaging.
- Documented knowledge of learning deep neural networks.
- Documented knowledge in the area of parallel computing using graphics cards.
