Researcher MEL (D)

for project REFRESH - Research Excellence For REgion Sustainability and High-tech Industries (CZ.10.03.01/00/22_003/0000048), research program 2 - METHODS OF MATERIAL PREPARATION BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF COMPUTATIONAL DESIGN AND ATOMIC ENGINEERING
supervised by Prof. Radek Zbořil and Assoc. Prof Štěpán Kment
The position is suitable for both women and men.

Activity description:

• independently solving complex scientific research tasks in their field, actively publishing scientific articles,
• conducting independent research and collaborates with other members of the research team,
• data collecting for specific project outputs and their completion,
• participating in the research activities of the living laboratory, or collaborating in the research activities of other living laboratories,
• participating in the implementation of collaborations within research programme.

Full time equivalent: 1,0
Type of job contract: a two-year contract (possibly extended up to five-years)
Expected start of employment: 1.5.2025 or as agreed

We require:

• Phd in Chemistry, Materials Science or Engineering,
• 3 months' foreign experience at least,
• H-index 7 at least, or 100 citations at least,
• experience of working abroad or with international research teams and basic/applied/contract research projects.
